After my recent body transformation challenge in the later months of 2010, I discovered how difficult changing your dietary lifestyle can be.  I had to face my own demons, and come to terms with my carb addiction.  It wasn’t easy, but I transcended it using a variety of mind and body techniques.  What I discovered was that the more I understood how my cravings worked, and why they were there– the more power I could have over them.

I also learned that you can’t change your relationship with food unless you become consciously aware of what unresolved pain you’re food to cover up.  This class will be the starting point of your life transformation.  You will learn:
